Schedule Frequency

This job in this job group should be scheduled to run daily.

Workflow

Step 1 – Configure a Connection Profile that is not part of the Domain Admin group.

Step 2 – Assign All Windows Servers under Hosts List Assignment.

Step 3 – (Optional) Configure the subfolder depth in the OpenAccess query.

Step 4 – Schedule the Open Access job group to run daily.

Step 5 – Review the reports generated by the jobs.
