Change Data Collecting Account Password in Netwrix Auditor

How can you change the password for the data-collection account in multiple monitoring plans in Netwrix Auditor at once?
Answer
Refer to the following steps to update the password for your data-collection account in Netwrix Auditor:
- In the main Netwrix Auditor menu, click Settings.
- In the left pane, select the General tab.
- Click Manage under Accounts and passwords.
- In the left pane, select the account whose password you'd like to update. Once selected, click the Update password button.
- Provide a new password, and click OK to save changes.
- In some cases, you might need to restart Netwrix services for the changes to take effect.
NOTE: A new password won't be applied to Netwrix Password Reset, Event Log Manager, or Inactive User Tracker data-collection accounts. Refer to the following article for additional information: Failed Logon Attempts after Recent Service Account Password Change.
