How to opt-out of the Netwrix Customer Experience Improvement Program in Netwrix Auditor
The Customer Experience Program is a feature which helps Netwrix improve the quality, reliability, and performance of Netwrix products and services. If you accept, Netwrix collects statistical information on how the Licensee uses the product in accordance with applicable law. If you no longer wish to participate in this program, follow the steps below:
- Launch Netwrix Auditor
- Navigate to the Settings
- Under the General tab, find the Netwrix Auditor usage statistics section
- Uncheck the box labeled "Take part in Netwrix Customer Experience Improvement Program"
Netwrix Auditor will no longer collect usage data
