Get tasks for given agent

GET 
/command/tasks/agent/legacy/:LegacyId/all/:AllTasks

Returns task information for a legacy agent identified by its LegacyId, optionally retrieving all tasks. Supports the same status, type, and pagination filtering as the standard agent task endpoints.
