PingCastle Pro supports the following operating systems:

For PingCastle scanning functions:
- All operating systems starting from Windows 2000 or subsequent
For PingCastle Pro:
- Windows Server operating systems that support ASP.NET 10.0:
  - Windows Server 2016
  - Windows Server 2019
  - Windows Server 2022 (recommended)
  - Windows Server 2025 (recommended)
