Marks the account so its password is rotated at the next scan of the computer (sets `force_expiry` on the managed SID, visible in the computer details).

📄️Retrieve a managed local-account password from history

Returns the decrypted password recorded under `passwordHistoryId` for a local account that is, or was, managed by Netwrix Privilege Secure for Discovery.
