Sudoers policy on Linux and BSD computers.

Returns the sudoers last seen by a scan (`lastScanSudoers`) and the sudoers staged as the desired state for Protect mode (`stagedSudoers`).

Stores the supplied full sudoers text as the staged (desired-state) sudoers.
